A global professional services organisation is expanding its AI capabilities and is looking for an experienced AI Developer - Agent Specialist to join its Mumbai team.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and deploying production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows using Azure AI Foundry. You will develop intelligent agents that automate complex workflows across areas such as tax, compliance, document processing and transaction analysis, integrating them with enterprise systems and real-world business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry.
- Build agentic solutions supporting document processing, compliance monitoring, tax workflows and transaction analysis.
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and systems.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, reasoning and orchestration frameworks.
- Build prompt flows, automation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Apply post-training techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF and domain adaptation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks covering agent accuracy, reliability, performance and compliance.
- Establish benchmarks and A/B testing approaches for AI solutions.




- Take AI solutions from development and experimentation through to production deployment.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Contribute to wider AI transformation and automation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or another relevant technical discipline.
- About 3 to 10 years of software development experience, including 2+ years focused on AI agent development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable AI agent development platforms.
- Proven experience building and deploying production AI agents and automated workflows.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, reasoning frameworks and agent orchestration.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt flows, automation pipelines and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Experience with fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF and/or other model adaptation techniques.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into working AI solutions.
