We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Identification & Pipeline BuildingProactive Sourcing: Use Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed, specialized talent databases to discover passive candidates.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active talent pools for recurring and niche roles specific to the account.Market Mapping: Analyze talent landscapes to identify target companies, competitor markets, and geographic trends.Candidate Engagement & ScreeningOutreach Campaigns: Craft personalized, high-converting messaging sequences to engage passive industry professionals.Initial Vetting:



Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates skills, experience, culture fit and compensation expectations,Seamless Hand-off: Submitting qualified candidates to Full-Lifecycle Recruiters/Account Managers with detailed screening notes.Account Collaboration & ReportingAccount Strategy: Participate in kickoff calls to clarify job specifications, ma ndatory skills, and hiring manager priorities .Data & Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate record-keeping in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/CRM) and track key metrics (outreach volume, response rates, submittal rates).Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 2+ years of experience as a Sourcing Recruiter, Talent Scout, (Experience in energy, solar, engineering, or technical IT staffing is a solid plus).Sourcing Tools: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates.Organization: Ability to manage multiple priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining data accuracy.Is this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
