As Lead - Operations (Market Expansion), you will own the problem of:

- Where should JobsUPI expand next
- How do we build a strong worker supply in these markets
- What operating model will make these markets work
- And how do we make expansion economically sustainable

You will identify markets, go on-ground, build the supply network, run experiments, track unit economics and create the playbook for scaling.

This is not a role where you support market expansion. You will own it.

What will you own

- Identify the next districts, blocks and villages JobsUPI should enter




- Go on-ground and build worker supply from the ground up
- Understand migration, wages, seasonality and labour availability
- Run experiments across sourcing channels and operating models
- Turn successful experiments into a repeatable expansion playbook
- Work closely with field teams and leadership to drive execution

Who should apply

- Graduate/Post-Graduate from Tier-1 and Tier-2 institutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
- Solid in Excel / data analysis
- Willing to travel frequently and spend time in the field
