About The Team C

The Team C is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies, manage client accounts, drive campaign performance, and build strong digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives

• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

• Drive lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions through performance-driven campaigns

• Plan and oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid media strategies

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, reach, and other key KPIs

• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and ROI

• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables

• Work closely with content, creative, social media, and performance marketing teams

• Develop digital marketing plans, campaign calendars, reports, presentations, and performance reviews

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business and marketing objectives

• Present campaign strategies, performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients

• Identify emerging digital trends,



platforms, tools, and opportunities for client growth

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities

• Lead, mentor, and manage junior digital marketing team members

• Ensure campaigns are executed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools

• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS

• Excellent client management and communication skills

• Robust presentation and reporting abilities

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing or mentoring a digital marketing team will be an added advantage
