Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves performing comprehensive keyword research, conducting SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and coordinating link-building initiatives to improve organic search performance. The specialist will monitor and analyze website metrics using web analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns and brand touchpoints, staying updated on search engine algorithms,



and implementing technical and content-related optimizations aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications

- Strong keyword research skills, including identifying search intent and opportunity across niche segments.
- Experience conducting detailed SEO audits to diagnose technical, content, and structural issues.
- Proficiency in link building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, interpret, and report performance.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexation, structured data).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative, content, and digital teams.
- Relevant experience in SEO within an agency or digital marketing workplace; prior work on multi-brand portfolios is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
