Robust experience with MicroStrategy Developer, Architect, and Web/Dossier tools. Experience with MicroStrategy Dossier and Library. Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or DataStage. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.

Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, and scorecards. Create and maintain metadata objects including Attributes, Facts, Metrics, Filters, and Hierarchies. Develop and manage Intelligent Cubes and datasets. Perform report tuning and optimization to improve performance. Create and maintain MicroStrategy security roles and user access controls. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Develop complex SQL queries and troubleshoot database-related issues. Support production environments and resolve reporting issues. Work closely with Data Warehouse, ETL, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy. Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities
