CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Talent Branding Manager to shape how the organisation is perceived by current and prospective talent across India and global markets.

This role sits at the intersection of talent branding, employer brand, talent strategy, content, culture and digital communication. The right person will understand how talent expectations are evolving across markets and know how to translate an organisation's culture, employee experience and career proposition into a compelling talent brand.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between big-picture talent branding strategy and high-quality execution.

What You'll Own

- Develop and strengthen CareerXperts talent and employer brand strategy across India and international talent markets.
- Build a distinctive talent brand that reflects the organisation's culture, values, people and employee experience.
- Track and interpret the India and global talent branding landscape, including changing candidate expectations, employer brand trends, talent communities and emerging channels.
- Translate business and talent priorities into clear employer branding campaigns, narratives and content strategies.
- Own the talent brand presence across relevant digital, social, career and professional platforms.
- Develop content that brings the employee and candidate experience to life - from leadership perspectives and employee stories to culture, careers and opportunities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, leadership and business teams to ensure talent branding is aligned with hiring and organisational priorities.
- Strengthen CareerXperts positioning as an employer of choice among relevant talent segments.
- Identify opportunities to build stronger engagement with passive talent, niche talent communities and future talent pools.
- Develop and manage talent branding campaigns across formats, markets and channels,



ensuring consistency while adapting messaging to local audiences.
- Use data, audience insights and performance metrics to evaluate talent branding initiatives and improve their effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor employer brands and market activity to identify gaps, opportunities and differentiated positioning.
- Build relationships with internal talent brand advocates and enable employees and leaders to become credible voices for the organisation.
- Bring new ideas, platforms, formats and approaches to keep CareerXperts talent brand relevant, differentiated and competitive.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in employer branding, talent branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing or a closely related function.
- Strong understanding of the Indian talent ecosystem, with exposure to global talent markets and employer brand practices.
- Strong understanding of both IT and non-IT talent markets, including how candidate expectations, talent pools and employer-brand dynamics differ across industries and functions.
- Ability to think strategically about how organisations attract, engage and retain talent through brand.
- Solid understanding of candidate behaviour, talent audiences and the employee value proposition (EVP).
- Excellent storytelling and content judgment, with the ability to turn complex organisational messages into compelling talent narratives.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital channels and emerging platforms relevant to talent and employer branding.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect talent branding activity to business and hiring outcomes.
- Strong analytical orientation and comfort using insights and metrics to shape decisions.
- Ability to balance strategy, creativity, execution and measurement.
- A global outlook, curiosity about different talent markets and the ability to adapt a talent brand for diverse audiences.
