About the Role:
We're hiring a high-energy, target-driven **Business Development Associate** to join our B2C sales team. You'll own the full sales cycle — from engaging inbound leads to closing — helping students choose the right path for their study-abroad journey while driving revenue for Yocket.
What You'll Do:
- Drive direct revenue through consultative B2C sales conversations with students and parents
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Engage leads across calls, WhatsApp, and email; follow up proactively to move prospects through the funnel
- Build trust and rapport with students and families to understand their goals and recommend the right services
- Maintain accurate,
up-to-date records in the CRM through every stage of the sales process
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech background is a plus, not a requirement)
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-velocity, target-driven environment
- Working familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
