- Strong techno - functional experience (Func/Tech - 70/30) in Oracle Fusion HCM, with primary expertise in Workforce Compensation and Core HR.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation, including compensation plans, eligibility, budgets, worksheets, approvals, and compensation cycles.
- Strong experience on the Fast formulae development and debugging for issues.
- Good understanding of the overall Oracle Fusion HCM stack and dependencies across HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR processes, including employee lifecycle, workforce structures, assignments, and employment changes.
- Experience supporting end-to-end compensation cycles, including preparation, configuration, testing, execution, validation, issue resolution, and post-cycle activities.
- Comfortable working in a cyclical delivery environment, managing recurring business processes, defined timelines, and critical delivery milestones.
- Ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions.




- Hands-on experience in configuration, functional testing, UAT support, production support, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of HCM integrations, reporting, and data dependencies impacting Compensation and Core HR.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, integration, and other HCM functional teams for cross-functional requirements and issue resolution.
- Comfortable working within an Agile delivery methodology and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Ability to participate in customer/client calls and effectively communicate with business stakeholders when required.
- Experience working in a client-facing environment and with geographically distributed teams.
- Resource should be offshore-based and available to work UK business hours.
