2. Sucess Factors certifications in LMS, PMGM and either one of the modules of Talent Management
3. Hands on experience in Creating Assignment Proles, LMS Roles, Curricula, Integration with other third party modules and SF EC
4. Hands on experience in Plateau Report Designer Tool
5. Hands on experience in Custom calculations in Goal templates
6. Valuable Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
7. Experience in Goal cascading,



Group and Team Goals functionalities Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
8. Experience in Route maps and step types
9. Experience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissions
10. Experience in Calibration process
11. Have worked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degree
12. Experience in working with intergation between Success Factors and third party vendors.
13. Able to lead customer discussions and workshops.
Good-to-Have 1. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
