Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft residential plotted development layouts, subdivision plans, building plans, and infrastructure drawings.

• Convert and plot KML/KMZ files using survey coordinates and boundary data provided by land surveyors.

• Develop accurate site plans, contour plans, grading layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare drawings for approvals and statutory submissions to Town Planning, Municipal Authorities, Panchayat, PDA, and related departments.

• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, engineers, consultants, and project teams for drawing inputs and revisions.

• Ensure drawings comply with applicable Goa and Maharashtra Town Planning regulations, Development Control Regulations (DCR),



zoning norms, setback
requirements, FSI/FAR calculations, and approval guidelines.

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation systematically.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate, architecture, town planning, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in plotted development and statutory approval drawings preferred.
