Role Descriptions: SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) : Payroll
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Minimum 5 Yrs of SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll experience.
Well versed with SAP core HR modules PA/OM, positive Time Management and Payroll (preferable Australia and NZ).
Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculation rules) and schema modification in payroll and time management.
At least 2 end to end implementation experience in SAP HR and payroll and Time Management.
Handson Experience in defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP PA,OM, TM and Payroll implementation and configuration.
SAP HR integration and workflow functional knowledge.
Guide the development team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
Working knowledge of Flexible Workflows within Financial Accounting (including General Journal Entry Verification, Bank Account Request, and Payment Item Approval) is desired
Working knowledge of CDS Views and how they can be leveraged for complex reporting requirements is desired
Working knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired
Ability to conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops
Experience with SAP Time Evaluation functionality and Integration with Payroll.
Experience in Negative and Positive Time management including Absence management.
Experience in applying Country Legal Patches and HRSP Upgrades.




General knowledge of core functionality within the SAP HCM Module as well as cross module awareness within the SAP ERP Application
Experience in leading, configuring and Supporting large, enterprise SAP HCM Payroll projects ideally with AUS deployment experience.
Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
Thorough understanding of SAP Australia Payroll processes like Tax, TFN, Superannuation, Leave Provision, Month end accruals, Bank Transfers Integration and Process of ATOs and Single Touch payroll.
Understand setup and processing of various payroll calendars, pay cycles, weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly payrolls for various employee types including hourly and salaried employees.
Understanding integrations with SAP HR Standard and Custom components such as Personnel Administration, Personnel Time Management, Incentive Wages and Accounting.
Leadership skills; lead customer engagements relating to Financial and Management Accounting
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is desired
Valuable-to-Have 1. Experience on any ticketing tool's (Service Now, JIRA or any other)
2. Functional Knowledge on Facility Services, Utilities services and Work Management.
3. Experience on Application maintenance ITIL processes
4. Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
5. Excellent Communication skills and should be able to drive conversations with customer
6. Experience working in and/or leading multi-disciplinary work teams/groups.
