Role- Salesforce CG Cloud TPM Functional & Development Consultant

Experience- 4+

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an SME in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure and customize Salesforce CG Cloud TPM applications.

- Develop and implement enhancements, integrations, and scalable solutions.

- Work on trade promotion planning, budgeting, execution, tracking, and settlement.

- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve application issues.

- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams.

- Participate in Agile development, code/design reviews, testing, and deployments.

- Drive process improvements and follow Salesforce best practices.

- Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.





Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

- Experience in both TPM Functional and Development

- Salesforce configuration and customization

- Robust understanding of Trade Promotion Management processes

- Experience with Salesforce integrations

- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud

- CPG / Consumer Goods domain experience

- Salesforce APIs and integration tools

- Salesforce development/customization
