As part of our growing finance and accounting function, Navinyaa Solutions is hiring a Finance Intern to support our day-to-day finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting activities.

Position: Finance Intern

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Doddaballapur, Bengaluru Rural.
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 3 Months

Position Overview:We are looking for a Finance Intern who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain practical experience in finance and accounting. The intern will work closely with the finance team and gain hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance, MIS reporting, month-end closing, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Support

- Assist the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.

- Support recording and maintaining financial transactions and accounting entries.

- Assist with preparation and organization of invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

2. Data Entry & Documentation

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Assist in entering financial data into accounting/ERP systems.

- Organize and maintain finance-related documents and records.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

3. Bank & Account Reconciliation

- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.

- Identify discrepancies in financial records and bring them to the attention of the finance team.





- Support regular reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.

4. Financial Reporting

- Assist in preparing regular financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.

- Support the finance team in preparing Excel-based reports and trackers.

- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data as required.

5. Compliance & Statutory Support

- Assist the finance team with documentation related to statutory and compliance activities.

- Support the preparation of information required for audits and financial reviews.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

6. Coordination & Administrative Support

- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related information and documentation.

- Assist with vendor and customer-related finance queries.

- Support the finance team in ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements

Education

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- B. Com, M. Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
