Job Description:
- Solid domain experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cards or Operations Transformation.
- Minimum 2+ years of Agile delivery experience.
- Experience managing large transformation engagements and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience in Project Governance, RAID Management, Status Reporting and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience in running PSCs, Working Groups and project governance cadences.
- Good understanding of Financial Management, Investment/Business Cases and Budget Tracking.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Clarity.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and Delivery Manager responsibilities at each stage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
