About the Role

We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant who can do more than manage numbers. This role is about building and scaling the Finance engine behind a global business.

As part of the Controllership function, you will work across India, the US, Dubai and Canada, partner closely with senior leadership and business teams, and play a key role in transforming how Finance operates at scale.

We’re looking for someone with 5–7 years of relevant experience who can think independently, lead a team, solve complex problems and take initiatives from identification to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end month-end and year-end financial close process
- Drive financial and management reporting
- Oversee balance sheet governance and reconciliations
- Develop and strengthen accounting policies, controls and compliance processes
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory stakeholders
- Establish and monitor revenue, expense and working capital controls
- Drive MIS and business reporting
- Build and improve Finance processes, systems and governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional Finance initiatives and process improvement projects
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency,



accuracy and scalability of the Finance function

Finance Transformation and Automation

We are building a scalable, technology-enabled Finance function that goes beyond spreadsheets and manual processes.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and Business teams to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes and drive automation.

The role involves owning the complete transformation journey:

Identify the problem → Design the solution → Implement it → Measure the impact

You will be expected to take ownership of this entire process and drive meaningful improvements across the Finance function.

Global Finance Exposure

Experience working across multiple jurisdictions will be an advantage, particularly across:

India | US | Dubai | Canada

The role will provide hands-on exposure to:

- International entities and cross-border operations
- Multiple accounting frameworks
- Tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Auditors and global consultants
- International Finance processes and controls

You are a Chartered Accountant with 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong fundamentals in controllership and accounting.
