React Java Full Stack Developer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Java Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
- Build and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to design and implement new features and enhancements
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Object-Oriented Programming principles and SOLID design patterns
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests (JUnit, Mockito), integration tests, and end-to-end tests (Cypress) to ensure code quality and reliability
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
- Collaborate on designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or similar tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments with minimal downtime
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in developing enterprise applications
- 6+ years of overall software development experience preferred
- Proven experience working on large-scale, production-level applications

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Java: Core and Advanced concepts with strong command over OOP principles
- Spring Boot Framework: Experience building microservices and REST APIs
- React.js: Proficiency in building reusable components and front-end libraries
- REST APIs: Design and consumption of RESTful web services

Front-End Development





- Advanced proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience in production applications
- Strong understanding of React lifecycle methods and functional components with hooks (use State, use Effect, use Context, use Reducer, etc.)
- Experience with React JSON forms for dynamic form handling
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API
- Strong understanding of React Router for implementing navigation and routing in single-page applications (SPAs)
- Familiarity with testing React components using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks

Back-End Development

- Strong command of Java programming language with expertise in advanced concepts
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud)
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID design patterns

Database Technologies

- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), preferably PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Good knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hive DB) and query engine tools like Trino
- Understanding of database optimization and query performance tuning

Security and Authentication

- Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth 2.0, sessions)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP principles

Dev Ops and Cloud Technologies

- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Familiarity with AWS S3 object storage and other AWS services
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools like Git Hub Actions





Additional Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Basic proficiency in Unix/Linux commands
- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Apache MQ
- Experience using code quality tools such as Sonar Qube
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and test automation
