- Experience in managing and configuring Service Now modules to support business processes.
- Robust knowledge of IT service management principles and their application within Service Now.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Service Now platform performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the Service Now environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
