Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Singapore and work on the exciting Fusion One initiative.

In this role, you will build AI-powered business solutions using Oracle and Microsoft cloud platforms. You will work with tools such as Oracle APEX, Oracle Fusion, OIC, OCI, Azure, and AI Agent Studio.

You will play a key role in turning business needs into secure, smart, and easy-to-use digital solutions. You will work with project managers, business analysts, architects, and technology partners to deliver solutions that make a real business impact.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle APEX, Oracle Fusion, OIC, and ATP.
- Design and deploy AI Agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio and related AI services.
- Build integrations between Oracle, OCI, Microsoft Azure, and third-party systems.
- Configure and manage cloud services in OCI and Azure.
- Develop APIs, workflows, and automation for business processes.
- Set up secure authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity solutions.
- Support Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Manage deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Find the root cause of technical issues and provide long-term solutions.




- Work with business and technical teams to understand needs and create scalable solutions.
- Follow company standards for security, architecture, governance, and compliance.
- Help improve AI-driven solutions and digital applications across the business.

Qualifications

Oracle Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
- Valuable experience with Oracle Fusion Applications configuration and customization.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Good knowledge of OCI networking, IAM, and monitoring.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, Digital Assistant, or Oracle AI/Generative AI services.

Microsoft Azure Skills

- Experience using and managing the Microsoft Azure Portal.
- Knowledge of:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage
- Azure Key Vault
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure API Management
- Experience connecting Azure services with Oracle Cloud.

Development & Integration

- Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Good experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge of Java Script, HTML, and CSS.




- Experience with modern web development frameworks.
- Good understanding of API integration, OAuth, SSO, and OIDC.
- Experience with Git and Azure Dev Ops.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to build secure and scalable enterprise applications.

Good to Have

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Copilot, Agentic AI, or AI orchestration.
- Experience building chatbots or AI assistants.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams app development.
- Oracle Cloud or Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, HR, or Finance systems.
