Your day-to-day:

- Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight
- Apply growing systems knowledge (Net Suite, Maxio, Hub Spot, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Configure and support solutions that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E; operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
- Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
- Administer and maintain business systems (Net Suite, Flo Qast, Workiva, Hub Spot, Maxio, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goals
- Perform daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
- Execute and support IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives, including (but not limited to), access review, procedural documentation, business system change management, etc.
- Document system configurations and system processes
- Collaborate with global IT team members to support business systems
- Partner with the Security team to help strengthen the security posture of business systems
- Contribute to system enhancements and share feedback to support ongoing improvement

What you’ll bring to the team:

- 4+ years of experience as a Net Suite administrator or business systems analyst
- Net Suite Administrator Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Suite Builder; familiarity with Suite Script and Suite Talk
- Exposure to the Suite Cloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g.,



Git Hub)
- Familiarity with Net Suite modules such as Fixed Assets and One World is a plus
- Some experience integrating Net Suite with other financial and business systems, or a strong interest in learning
- Experience supporting other financial systems that perform billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functions is a plus (e.g., Flo Qast, Workiva, Hub Spot, Maxio)
- Exposure to global or multi-entity system environments is a plus
- Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments
- Familiarity with core accounting processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
- Exposure to agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Lucid Chart
- Accounting or Finance background is a plus
- Exposure to no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., Stack Sync, UiPath) is a plus
- Have experience with using AI to enhance and optimize accounting, finance, and business systems process is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and support solutions from design to implementation
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn recent skills in a flexible, fast-paced environment
