Position: 60;SAP EC Consultant Job Location: 60; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Job Type: 60; Long-Term Contract 60; Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules, along with a solid understanding of Success Factors configuration, data models, and reporting.

The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Implement and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.

Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules.

Manage data models, XML configurations, and system setup.

Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.

Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.





Experience & Qualifications Required Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.

Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Robust understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.
