collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software delivery pipelines.- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing current testing tools and automation frameworks.- Ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project goals and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium.- Experience in integrating Selenium with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices for scalable test architecture.- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively to maintain high-quality standards.- Familiarity with scripting languages and version control systems to support automation efforts.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ A 15 years full time education is required
