As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around fostering a team-oriented and efficient environment for the software development team. You facilitate key Agile ceremonies, ensuring that the team remains focused and aligned with project goals. By actively supporting the team, you help remove obstacles that may hinder progress and promote continuous improvement. Your role involves close interaction with team members and stakeholders to maintain transparency and track progress through relevant metrics, ultimately enabling the team to deliver high-quality software solutions effectively and on time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Encourage and support continuous improvement within the team to enhance productivity and quality.- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional team members and stakeholders.- Assist in managing risks and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive team environment.- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks beyond Scrum.- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles.- Ability to use Agile project management tools to track progress and report metrics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.- Capability to identify and remove impediments that affect team performance.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
