- 7+ years of SAP functional experience, including 3+ years in S/4HANA
- Hands-on SAP Retail / IS-Retail experience
- Strong expertise in at least two modules: SD, MM/IM, WM or EWM
- At least 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion
- Robust production support and cross-module troubleshooting capability
- Experience with Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LSMW, interfaces and SAP support tools
- Willingness to be based in Kuwait and provide scheduled on-call support when required
- Experience in grocery, FMCG or high-volume, multi-site retail environments will be preferred.
