Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and implement moderately complex features with minimal supervision

- Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on architecture decisions

- Actively use AI coding assistants (Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development — scaffolding features, writing tests, reviewing code, and debugging

- Leverage AI tooling to iterate quickly, reduce boilerplate, and ship production-ready code at higher velocity

- Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to team standards before merging

- Debug and troubleshoot efficiently, with well-reasoned solutions
