Desired skills

Strong hands-on experience with Open Text VIM / Vendor Invoice Management for SAP.

Good understanding of SAP FI/AP and MM processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.

Experience with VIM workflow configuration, approval processes, exception handling, business rules, and invoice validation.

Knowledge of OCR/invoice capture technologies and integration with VIM.

Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points.

Understanding of SAP integration technologies such as SAP AIF, IDocs, APIs, web services, XML/JSON, or similar integration mechanisms is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective VIM solutions.

Hands-on experience with UAT, production support, enhancements, upgrades, and go-live/cutover activities.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
