Experience

- 12-15 years of relevant Costing/Cost Controlling experience.
- Majority of experience should be in a manufacturing plant environment.
- 3 years of central/corporate costing experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end costing process across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Handle month-end costing activities, cost closing, and reporting.
- Perform ad hoc cost analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Support costing operations across SAP and Infor ERP platforms. (Must have)
- Collaborate with plant, finance, and corporate stakeholders to drive cost visibility and optimization.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in manufacturing costing and cost accounting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP-based costing processes.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end cost control activities across multiple sites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex manufacturing environments.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SAP is a must and/or Infor ERP systems.
- Experience supporting multiple plants/sites simultaneously.




- Centralized GCC/Shared Services costing experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

Education Background

- Candidates with a CA/CMA qualification (no more than three attempts to clear the final examination) will be considered for this role.
