Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for Mortgage Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through DSA sourcing, channel development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA and channel partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
* Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and faster loan closures.




* Ensure high levels of customer and channel partner satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Sales / Home Loan / LAP.
* DSA sourcing experience is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of secured lending products.
* Good sales, negotiation, and channel management skills.
* Ability to achieve business targets and develop current sourcing channels.
