Role Overview

/n

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can translate our brand story into engaging visual content across platforms — from digital campaigns and social media to product videos and packaging design.

/n

You’ll play a key role in shaping how consumers see and connect with Good Monk — creating stunning visuals and videos that inspire, educate, and delight.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Graphic Design

/n

/n

- Design compelling creatives for digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, etc.) and print media.

/n

- Create engaging packaging mockups, product renders, and brand collaterals .

/n

- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints.

/n

- Support campaign ideation with visual concepts, storyboards, and layouts .

/n

- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.

/n

- Design event materials, presentations, and sales collaterals when required.

/n

/n

Video Editing

/n

/n

- Edit product videos, brand films, reels, and testimonials for digital and social platforms.

/n

- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ideate and execute video storytelling.

/n

- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound effects for professional output.

/n





- Manage all stages of post-production — trimming, color grading, syncing audio, adding text, etc.

/n

- Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific edits.

/n

Strategy & Collaboration

/n

/n

- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and brand teams to brainstorm creative campaigns.

/n

- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, visual styles, and platform best practices .

/n

- Proactively bring fresh ideas for content formats, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.

/n

- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

/n

- Own the copywriting or willing to use AI tools and come up with first cut copy ideas as per the brief

/n

Required Skills & Qualifications

/n

/n

- 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (preferably in D2C brands, startups, or creative agencies).

/n

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects

/n

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

/n

- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.

/n

- Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, composition, and color theory .

/n

- Excellent sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.

/n

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

/n

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and delivering exceptional results

/n

- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.

/n

- Proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory
