We’re looking for a Product Designer to design experiences for our last-mile Driver mobile app and internal Web Admin Panel . You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to solve real-world problems for drivers and internal teams, simplify complex workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

1. Design intuitive experiences across the Driver mobile app and internal Web Admin Panel .

/n

1. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

/n

1. Conduct user research and usability testing, including understanding driver workflows and field pain points .

/n

1. Design for real-world conditions such as low connectivity, one-handed usage, outdoor environments, varying literacy levels, and different device capabilities

/n

1. Simplify driver workflows to reduce errors and delays in pickup and delivery.

/n

1. Design efficient, information-dense workflows for internal Ops teams managing drivers,



deliveries, and exceptions.

/n

1. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from problem definition through launch and iteration.

/n

1. Contribute to scalable design systems and maintain UI consistency across products.

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

/n

1. 3–7 years of experience in Product Design/ UX Design.

/n

1. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and product thinking .

/n

1. Robust proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design tools .

/n

1. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

/n

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

/n

1. High ownership mindset — comfortable driving a problem end-to-end with minimal handholding

/n

1. Genuine passion for understanding driver problems and designing for real-world usability, not just visual polish

/n

1. Experience designing for logistics, last-mile delivery, mobility or other operational/field-heavy products is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
