We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of the sales process and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead and manage real estate sales activities

/n

- Handle client meetings, presentations & negotiations

/n

- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups & networking

/n

- Coordinate and accompany clients for project site visits

/n

- Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets

/n

- Guide & support the sales team in achieving goals

/n

- Maintain sales MIS, pipeline & client records

/n

- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade & industry events

/n

- Participate in training and periodic sales review meetings

/n
