Must-Have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration.
- Solid knowledge of Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
- Experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
- Hands-on experience in creating Service Now workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
- Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
- Familiarity with Service Now CMDB and Discovery tools.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
