We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring protected flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards

Reports to: Accountable Manager

Purpose:

/n

To manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.

/n

- Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.

/n

- Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.





/n

- Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.

/n

- Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.

/n

- Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).

/n

- Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.

/n

- Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.

/n

- Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.

/n

/n

Competency:

/n

/n

Relevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
