Position: BMS Manager

Education: Diploma/BE in Electrical/ ENTC

Experience: Min 4 Yrs in Data centre for similar role

Location: Pune

Job Responsibility

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

1. Architect and implement BMS control strategies: programming, graphics, alarms, trends.

/n

1. Monitor alarms and KPIs through centralized control rooms, dispatch corrective actions promptly.

/n

1. Coordinate system testing, fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and documentation (O&M;, training).

/n

1. Monitor systems in real time; lead root-cause analysis and incident response.

/n

1. Direct BMS operations staff; assign tasks, handle scheduling, and evaluate performance.

/n

1. Develop and manage training programs and ensure documentation completion.

/n

1. Liaise with clients, vendors,



and project managers; manage change control, compliance, and procurement.

/n

1. Prepare technical documentation: schematics, sequences of operation, and O&M; manuals.

/n

1. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and change management protocols.

/n

Candidate must have expertise in to : BMS/EPMS systems, preferably in data center or critical facilities. Solid knowledge of HVAC controls, fire/security systems, SCADA/DCIM platforms.

/n

Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
