Designation - Sales Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with strong B2B Sales experience to drive business development and sales for Linea Doors. The role involves handling architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and project teams, developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process from lead generation and client interaction to order closure and post-sales coordination. Experience in doors, interior solutions, building materials, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.

B2B Sales & Business Development: Generate leads through calls, references, networking, site visits, and market research.

Identify and approach architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and potential customers.
Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients,



architects, designers, contractors, and project teams.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Update CRM records and maintain details of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience
~ Graduate in any discipline.
~2–5 years of relevant B2B Sales experience is required.
~ Experience in Doors / Interior Products / Building Materials / Furniture / Construction will be preferred.

~ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Robust customer relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
