Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with labour laws.




- Implement HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in HR.
- Mandatory experience in Media or event industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
