Experience: Minimum 1 Year Recent Customer Service Experience

MARATHI LANGUAGE PROCESS – VIP LITE

Eligibility: 10th / 12th Pass

Age: 21–37 Years

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

Working: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs (Monday–Friday)

DOJ: 8th September 2026

REGIONAL LANGUAGE PROCESSES

Languages Required:

Gujarati | Bengali | Punjabi | Tamil | Telugu | Malayalam

Work Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong customer service and customer-handling skills

Fluency in the required regional language





Basic English/Hindi communication skills

Active listening and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekly offs
