Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage

large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs

across multiple clientsOwn

end-to-end project lifecycle

– from solution design to implementation and supportEnsure alignment with

ITIL best practices

and enterprise standardsOversee

program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including

architecture, consulting, and operationsProvide strategic direction on

ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmapMentor and lead high-performing delivery teams





Required Skills & Experience20+ years of experience in

IT services delivery , with solid exposure to ServiceNowProven experience leading

large-scale ServiceNow implementationsDeep understanding of:Incident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementService Request ManagementConfiguration ManagementHands-on experience in

designing / customizing ServiceNow modulesStrong knowledge of

project delivery lifecycle and methodologies

(Agile / Waterfall)Experience working with

cloud technologies and SaaS environmentsExcellent

stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong
