This role will be a highly visible team player through their ability to pull stakeholders together to collaborate. As a Sr. UX designer and champion of people, their mentoring will include critiquing, providing design feedback, conducting retros & research that can influence engineering team decisions to enable optimal solutions for our customers. Basic qualifications• 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating excellent end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns,



across desktop and mobile devices• Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature• Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep• Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools Preferred qualifications• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes• Master's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master's degree• Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferred• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
