Key Responsibilities:Manage complex and highprofile accounts using defined collection strategiesOwn and control aged receivables as per SLAs and performance metricsImplement and remove service stops as per process guidelinesReview UMCC and onaccount payments in line with ICMP standardsIdentify potential writeoffs and support aged debt clearanceDrive quarterly and monthly debt & cash target achievementsExecute endtoend dunning processes and handle legal escalationsIdentify and support continuous process and system improvementsCollaborate with administrators and team leads to close knowledge gaps.Ensure strict adherence to best in class collection standards.





Background & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC Collections (Mandatory)Finance background preferred(B.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work in night shiftsProven track record of meeting targets and SLAsStrong working knowledge of MS OfficeCustomerfocused mindset with strong negotiation skillsAnalytical thinking and problemsolving capabilityExposure to project methodology is a plusRole Specific Competencies
