The organization values professional development, ethical practice, and a supportive work environment for clinical practitioners.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, carry out assessment and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions.The role involves patient education and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications,
while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The Physiotherapist will contribute to maintaining a safe clinic environment and may participate in health awareness programs or patient workshops.QualificationsRecognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT; MPT or equivalent preferred) and valid registration/license as required by local regulations.Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitation settings.Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use of electrotherapy and other physiotherapy modalities.Ability to educate and motivate patients, with clear, empathetic communication and good interpersonal skills.Sound documentation skills and familiarity with clinic management or electronic health record systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing time and caseload effectively.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to ethical and qualified standards.Experience in outpatient, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong clinical internships are also encouraged to apply.
