About the role
We are seeking a high-calibre professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, complemented by exposure to HR technology, to join our HR Digital function. This role offers the opportunity to lead the digitisation of core people processes and shape the future of HR delivery across the organisation.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in HR transformation and Centre of Excellence (COE) design at scale, or in delivering people programmes within a complex organisational context. The role demands a combination of strong strategic thinking and disciplined execution, with the ability to operate effectively at both a detailed and an enterprise-wide level.
As an HR Digital Partner, the incumbent will operate at the intersection of HR, business, and technology, working closely with our Centres of Excellence Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards, and others to design and deliver digital solutions that enhance the employee and organisational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Digitization: Lead the digitisation of core HR processes on the enterprise HR system, ensuring timely and complete delivery across the group.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards, and other Centres of Excellence to understand business requirements and translate these into effective system design.
- Standardizaiton:
Drive the adoption of common, standardised processes across the organisation, while appropriately accommodating legitimate business-specific requirements
- Operational Efficiency: Transition processes from manual, offline, Excel-based methods to system-driven workflows, thereby improving efficiency, turnaround time, and data integrity.
- Analytics and Reporting: Design and deliver HR analytics dashboards and visualisations that convert people data into clear, actionable insights for Centres of Excellence and senior leadership
- Change Management and Adoption: Promote intuitive, user-centred design, and lead user testing, walkthroughs, and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions.
- Vendor and Delivery Management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage technology vendors, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed timelines, and proactively identifying and escalating risks.
- Set up governance: Establish and maintain regular governance cadences with Centres of Excellence, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to ensure alignment on design, prioritisation, and key decisions.
- Own it end to end: Take full ownership of initiatives across the project lifecycle — from discovery and design through testing, go-live, and adoption — ensuring successful delivery at scale.
Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on Performance and Rewards.
- Demonstrated exposure to HR technology and digital people solutions
- An adaptive and agile approach, with the capability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Solid strategic orientation, balanced with a hands-on approach to execution
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for hands-on execution.
