About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Property Sales Director to lead our real estate sales, business development, digital marketing and property marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, residential plots, villa plots, property investments, lead generation, digital marketing, social media marketing and sales team management.

This is a leadership position for someone who can combine traditional property sales expertise with modern digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, convert prospects and grow the company's real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage real estate property sales and business development activities.
- Develop and implement effective property sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality property leads through digital marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising and online campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other digital platforms.
- Work with digital marketing experts, social media marketing experts, freelancers, agencies and creative professionals.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, lead nurturing, customer acquisition and sales conversion.
- Manage and motivate property sales executives and business development teams.
- Build relationships with investors, home buyers, NRI customers, business owners and other prospective property buyers.
- Promote residential plots, gated community plots, villa plots, land investments and real estate projects.
- Monitor sales performance, lead quality, conversion rates, advertising ROI and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with content creators,



graphic designers, video editors, SEO professionals and freelance digital marketers.
- Develop social media content, property advertisements, Reels, video marketing and online promotional campaigns.
- Identify new real estate market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Maintain strong customer relationships from initial enquiry through site visit and property booking.
