Job Responsibilities

Draft, review, and vet all real estate legal agreements and contracts.

Prepare Agreement for Sale, Development Agreements, MOUs, Leave & License Agreements, Society Redevelopment Agreements, and other property-related documents.

Coordinate with advocates, liaison teams, and internal departments for documentation and legal compliance.

Maintain and manage legal documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Ensure all legal drafts comply with RERA and other applicable property laws.

Qualification

LLB (Bachelor of Laws) Mandatory.

Minimum 4 years of legal drafting experience in a real estate developer company.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Solid experience in real estate legal drafting and documentation.

Knowledge of redevelopment, conveyance, society documentation, and property laws.

Good communication, drafting, and document management skills.
