Employee Connect & Shopfloor Intelligence

Solid employee connect, informal networking, listening skills and ability to sense emerging people issues before they become problems.

HR Generalist / Employee Lifecycle Management

Comfortable handling the complete employee lifecyclefrom joining, induction and deployment to performance, development, engagement, transfers and separation.

Business HR / HRBP Orientation

Understands business priorities and converts them into people interventions; works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance,



EHS and other functions.

Performance & Capability Development

Working knowledge of PMS, competency development, IDPs, L&D;, succession and shopfloor skill development.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Ability to handle difficult conversations, grievances, interpersonal conflicts and employee concerns objectively and fairly. This is particularly important for a conventional manufacturing environment.

Execution & Ownership

Takes responsibility for closure of HR actions, works independently and does not require continuous follow-up from the HR Head/HRBP.

Manufacturing Excellence Orientation
