Looking Internal Audit with an NBFC

Location- Mumbai (Kurla)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)mandatory

Experience: 8 to 12 years in Internal Audit with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or Financial Services.

We are open to look for candidates who can relocate to Mumbai

Key Skills:

- Branch, Concurrent & Operational Audits
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Retail lending, branch operations, credit & collections
- Risk-based auditing and regulatory compliance
- Team leadership and audit partner management

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Branch & Concurrent Audit programs as per the audit plan.
- Allocate audits, review reports, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Oversee external audit partners and concurrent auditors.
- Evaluate internal controls, operational processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct branch audits and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and risk teams to resolve audit observations.
- Execute special audits, thematic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
