Responsibilities

- Responsible for the creation of electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations throughout all phases of project design under close supervision from local Electrical Engineering teams and coordination with US Designers/Modelers.
- Assist in developing electrical designs and system layouts for building power, lighting, and low voltage systems using working knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Prepare and update electrical plans, single-line diagrams, schematics, and schedules as directed.
- Collaborate with engineers, modelers, and detailers to produce accurate 2D and 3D electrical models using CAD and BIM tools. Solidworks knowledge and experience is preferred
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination to support clash resolution and design consistency.
- Support construction administration activities by reviewing submittals,



responding to requests for information (RFIs), and participating in site visits as directed.
- Ensure deliverables meet project quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Incorporate client and reviewer comments into design documents under guidance.

Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical design or building systems engineering.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Basic understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, and related guidelines.
- Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), or similar CAD/BIM platforms.
