Key Responsibilities

- Build AI agents and multi-agent orchestration solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Design and integrate LLMs, vector stores, embeddings, and RAG-based architectures.
- Develop end-to-end applications, APIs, and microservices supporting AI-powered workflows.
- Deploy and manage scalable AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, and related Azure services.
- Integrate AI solutions with healthcare ecosystems including Epic, FHIR APIs, HL7 events, patient engagement platforms, and operational systems.
- Implement secure, scalable,



and production-grade cloud architectures with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and clinical stakeholders to deliver business-critical AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Senior AI Engineer: 5-8 Years of experience.
- Lead AI Engineer: 8-12+ Years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in Python and modern full-stack development technologies.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure AI Search, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and RAG frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare, Clinical, or Patient Engagement domain experience.
- Epic, FHIR, HL7, Cerner integration experience.
- MLOps, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Lifecycle Management.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
- OAuth, RBAC, API Security, HIPAA Compliance.
