The opportunity: Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Finance - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

- Solid understanding of GBS setup frameworks, operating models, and shared services transformation. Ability to support business consulting engagements with structured analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Hands-on experience in assessing finance processes, workflows, and control environments within GBS contexts. Proficient in preparing data-backed recommendations and implementation inputs for finance transformation initiatives. Exposure to consulting deliverables, including process assessments, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
- Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
- Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency,



gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
