About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil /Road / Highway Design Engineer with expertise in the design of Roads, Highways, Expressways, and Transportation Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for highway geometric design, road alignment design, pavement design coordination, corridor development, and preparation of engineering solutions for transportation projects.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in road and highway design and be proficient in relevant design software and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities -

- Carry out highway and road design for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Prepare horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, profiles, and corridor models.
- Design National Highways, State Highways, Expressways, Urban Roads, and Smart City road networks.
- Perform geometric design as per IRC standards and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, design reports, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with structural, drainage, traffic, utility, and geotechnical teams.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Support tender engineering, bid-stage engineering, and detailed engineering activities.




- Review construction drawings and provide design clarifications during project execution.
- Participate in value engineering initiatives for cost optimization and design improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs while maintaining quality standards.

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5-8 years of experience in Road and Highway Design projects.
- Experience working on National Highways, Expressways, Urban Roads, Metro Access Roads, Industrial Corridors, or Transportation Infrastructure Projects.
- Exposure to detailed engineering and consultancy assignments.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
